CHawk uses temperature controlled facilities when machining critical parts. This control allows CHawk Technology to guarantee tight tolerances which will give your more precise parts with a shorter lead time.

CHawk Technology employs 3-, 4- and 5- Axis CNC Milling centers which are dedicated to plastics only, this avoids any metallic contamination. Our machines can also provide you with 3D contours. The CNC Lathe cell at CHawk Technology is capable of turning parts up to 25 inches in diameter and 20 inches in length.  We are experts in all plastics including PEEK, Ultem, UHMW, and PTFE.
