The CHawk Gun Drilling machine was developed to drill long accurate holes in all materials. There are occasions when conventional CNC lathe machine capabilities are not adequate for boring holes to extreme depths with precise accuracy.

Our capability allows for hole diameters from .062” to 1.25”. We can accommodate up to 23” lengths. This in house capability provides CHawk’s customers more accurate parts, rapid turn-around and lower cost.

Our custom thermo controlled equipment and facility can achieve deep hole drilling which has proven to exceed the competition in hole size, drift and location accuracy. All plastic materials can be gun drilled.
